I went to the World Professional Photography Conference, in Las Vegas 2 weeks ago, and was completely inspired. I noticed I was drawn more to "life style portraits" then any portraits done in a studio. So this is my new goal, to make my kids my models, and photograph them everywhere. So, I made a list of what my kids love to do and began there. The pool, playing on our bed in the morning and playing in our living room. I need a little more practice to capture my little boys enthusiasm about his bike. It will take a lot of work, but I sure hope my photography can go down this new exciting path. We'll see! Let me know what you think of my homework assignment!

I love them! I'm jealous you went to WPPI. I wanted to go, but didn't have anyone to watch the kids while Aaron went to school. I can't wait to see what else you come up with. You're work has always inspired me.

Wow they are so big! Lilly is a mini you, and Lucas is mini Jory with blonde hair. So cute. We miss you guys so much! When are you moving and do you know where yet? I would love you to take our family portraits before you go!
